Anya Buklovska is a photographer with a wide background in contemporary art. Working mostly with still life, she creates images that are known for their strong presence and symbolism.

Living in Paris, Anya is no stranger to the art world. Her background boasts a rich background in art theory, numerous art shows in which she has helped produce, and series of works which are slated to be published in upcoming books.

A firm believer that one’s possessions say a lot about their owners, she has taken numerous photos exploring subjects such as travel, superstitions, luck and disappearance. A lot of her projects are closely linked to her own personal history. Nostalgia, absence and memory are all important themes in Anya's work.

Being a commissioned artist, she embraces and utilizes deep emotional angles into every project she approaches.
